Leonard Morgan

As the Founder of Visions Outreach, Inc., Leonard Morgan strives is the spread the word to the masses about Veterans rights, aspirations and goals. His mission is to help Veterans overcome Drug and Alcohol addiction, Homelessness, and to open doors for Jobs and increase Veterans Educational borders.
